“Wrong product received. What should I do?”

First of all: “Sorry!” If you have received your package, but it does not contain the content you ordered, please contact us immediately by writing an email to info@manifix.com. We will do everything we can to fix our error as soon as possible.

“How fast and where does the shipment come from?”

Your orders will be sent from our home, Switzerland, if you come from Switzerland or Liechtenstein. If you live in the EU, we will send your delivery from Germany.

Either way, your delivery needs on average 1-2 workdays , because your order is usually dispatched on the same or directly on the next working day.
