MANIFIX Application

Here's how easy it is to apply MANIFIX UV nail wraps and classic nail wraps - explained step by step for a clean, glossy result at home.
How do MANIFIX UV Nail Wraps work?
1. Preparation
Degrease your nails by either washing them thoroughly with soap or using a nail cleaner. Please do not use an oil-based nail polish remover for degreasing. Oily ingredients can impair the adhesive properties of the UV nail wraps.
File your nails into the desired shape and gently push back any disturbing cuticles with the rosewood stick.
2. Apply and press firmly
Place the nail wrap centrally and flush with the back of your natural nail. First, smooth it from the center forward and then to the sides, then press it down firmly.
For extra security, press the UV nail wrap firmly again along the back and side edges with the rosewood stick.
3. Trim and/or file off
Trim the excess UV nail wrap at the front with nail scissors, then stick the remaining piece back onto the backing or directly onto another suitable nail. Now file off the protruding foil remnants from top to bottom with vertical movements.
4. Apply Top Coat / UV Polish
For even more beautiful shine and salon quality, apply our MANIFIX UV Polish and cure it under a UV lamp for at least 60 seconds. Then do not touch for 30 seconds to allow it to cool down.
If you want to refresh the shine, you can use the top coat again at any time. If you have used our UV Polish, you can polish your nails at any time or apply the UV Polish thinly again.
5. Removal
Soak the enclosed rosewood stick in our Remover Oil and start to loosen the nail wrap from the side. Work your way forward very carefully, repeatedly applying a drop of our Remover Oil between the wrap and the nail, letting it work for a few seconds, and then slowly moving the stick back and forth. Proceed slowly and patiently.
You can remove the UV nail wrap even more gently with our silicone manicure stick and Remover Oil. The procedure is the same as with the rosewood stick, but the silicone attachment makes removal even softer and gentler on your natural nails.
Any remaining adhesive can be easily removed with our Remover Oil.
