Another mistake is incorrect heating. UV nail wraps like those from Manifix require even, but not too strong, heating – this makes them pliable without sticking or bubbling. So, if you were to store them outdoors in winter, they would be too cold; if you store them in the sun, they harden due to UV radiation. Neither is particularly advantageous. TIP: Store your nail wraps in a dark box, in a room that is not too damp. The room should not be too warm or too cold. So, store them in a light-protected area. If your wraps have been stored for too long, it can be helpful to warm them briefly between your hands before using them. And last but not least: choosing the right size. A wrap that is too large will quickly overlap the cuticle, which can lead to premature peeling. It is better to choose one size smaller and position it carefully.
