How important are beautiful fingernails?

In our society, beautiful fingernails are associated with health and aesthetics.
They are an expression of care, style, and self-respect. In professions with customer contact, e.g., sales, gastronomy, reception, and others, well-groomed fingernails are part of one's external appearance. They can be perceived as a sign of professionalism and diligence. In job interviews for certain professions, fingernails are also examined: are they unkempt with black edges under the nails, too long, too short, or even bitten? In many cases, this is often interpreted as a lack of self-care or inadequate personal hygiene, as an expression of psychological imbalance that can indicate inner restlessness, problems with stress management, or insecurity.

Well-groomed fingernails are often perceived as an expression of self-care. They look aesthetic and radiate self-confidence. Similar to tasteful clothing, they have a great effect on others - but also on yourself!
When I am happy with my hands, I like to show them, e.g., when speaking, gesturing, shaking hands. Beautifully groomed fingernails put me in a good mood - comparable to fresh clothes or a new haircut. The time I dedicate to my fingernails is "me time" for me. I consciously do something just for myself here. That's a really great feeling in all the hectic and stressful times.

Beautiful fingernails - that's how I do it!

Beautiful and well-groomed fingernails are also very important to me. Therefore, regular nail care is a cherished routine for me. For me, it's not just about shortening nails and cuticle care - I also really like to express my moods with different colors, to adapt my fingernails to different events - such as a theater visit or similar. After trying various options, from nail salons to nail polish, I finally decided on UV nail wraps from Manifix.
